A truly international company with 16 factories throughout Europe and China, Viessmann has been manufacturing boilers since 1917.
It’s domestic gas boilers are arranged into two main categories (other categories cater for very large properties such as apartment blocks and offices):
The Gas Fired Condensing are appropriate for most small to large sized properties. There are five models within this first category:
- Vitodens 200-W
- Vitodens 100-W
- Vitodens 100-W Compact
- Vitodens 242-F
- Vitodens 222-F
The Vitodens 200-W is an A rated SEDBUK range of boilers which can come in a number of models, combination included, and are rated from 4.8kW to 35kW. Complete with advanced heat exchangers and high grade stainless steel components.
The Vitodens 100-W range of boilers come with four outputs: 26 kW, 30kW and 35 kW; with a pre-heat function on the Combi Boiler models. All four are SEDBUK A rated and boast extremely quiet operating standards.
The Vitodens 100-W Compact range are A rated SEDBUK and comes in four different outputs: 13 kW, 16 kW, 19 kW and 26 kW. Advanced heat exchanger units boost efficiency levels and there are weather compensation options.
The Vitodens 242-F range can be directly connected to a thermal solar system which is regulated by a Vitotronic control unit. Two outputs are available 19kW and 26kW and both are SEDBUK A band rated.
The Vitodens 222-F range is targeted at heating systems which are being modernised, and are ideal replacements for older gas fired boilers. Rated A in the SEDBUK scheme, there are four outputs: 19 kW, 26 kW and 35 kW.
For very large properties, a boiler within the Medium Gas Boilers category is the most appropriate:
- Vitocrossal 300 Type CM3
The Vitocrossal 300 Type CM3 range consists of two free-standing gas fired condensing boilers with advanced burners providing 27kW and 142kW of energy. SEDBUK A rated, they utilise all the top boiler technology.
The extensive range of Viessmann boilers offers some of the best devices for the home environment.
